Assistant coach would welcome ex Malmo boss

DAVID Selini doesn’t know if Anes Mravac will be joining him on the Middlesbrough coaching team - but would welcome his arrival.

Selini joined Kim Hellberg’s coaching team when the Swede took over at Boro last month. He'd previously worked with Hellberg at Varnamo and Hamarby.
Mravac had also worked as an assistant to Hellberg alongside Selini, though he didn’t make the move to Hamarby, instead opting to stay at Varnamo and pursue management.
Most recently, Mravac has been in caretaker charge at Malmo, but reports in Sweden have been strongly linking him with a move to Boro. In a recent interview, he did little to dispel said rumours.
