Appeal for info on weapons

RESIDENTS are being urged to speak up anonymously about illegal weapons and those who use them as part of a new campaign to stop violence in Teesside communities.

Crimestoppers is asking those living in the region to report information which could help “prevent violence, injuries and loss of life”.

The new campaign comes a week after residents met in Stockton to discuss the devastating impact knife crime is having.
