World EV Day Forum highlights Phl's potential in electric mobility

Mober, a pioneer in green logistics in the Philippines, reinforced the country's ambition to become a regional hub for commercial electric vehicles (EVs) as it hosted the second edition of the World EV Day Forum Philippines at the EDSA Shangri-La Manila.
Carrying the theme "Powering Up the Philippines to ASEAN Leadership Through Commercial EV," the forum convened policymakers, regulators and industry leaders to discuss how the country could position itself as a key player in Southeast Asia's commercial EV market.
Dennis Ng, Mober's founder and chief executive, said the company is investing in innovation, infrastructure and workforce development to accelerate the shift to sustainable logistics.
"From lady drivers to autonomous EVs, from battery swapping to renewable hubs, Mober is not just adapting to the future. We are building it," he said.
