A vlogger who spread fake news is now facing charges.

According to a report in this newspaper, the vlogger posted a video of an alleged robbery in a modern Public Utility Jeepney, saying that these were becoming alarming in Mandaue City.
However, it was later found out that the video was just of two men fighting in a modern PUJ, but not before the video and its misleading context had been picked up by the website of a local radio station, shared, and gone viral on the internet where it alarmed netizens.
The charges were well-deserved for the viogger, and all who knowingly spread fake news or false information.
