RCBC eyes Visayas growth with branch, digital expansion

Rizal Commercial Banking Corp. (RCBC) is expanding its branches and digital services in Cebu and the Visayas, making the region a key focus for its next growth phase.

The bank, led by newly appointed president Reginaldo “Reggie” Cariaso, sees Cebu’s strong consumer spending, expanding retail base, and growing pool of high-net-worth individuals as critical to sustaining momentum.

“We're not just a bank from Manila with branches here. We are a partner in progress for this community,” Cariaso said at a media roundtable in Cebu.

“We see tremendous potential in the Visayas, and we are investing in both our physical presence and digital capabilities to serve it,” he added.
