CELEBRATION OF BISDAK PRIDE
They also enlisted local esteemed fashion designers Caesy Coronel, John Ivan Galochino, and King Rosales to design their concert outfits.
While the members remain coy about their looks, they promised they won’t just be wearing band T-shirts on stage.
“We work with the best of Cebu. We want to show that there is a huge amount of talent here and that Cebu is a creative hub that needs to be invested in,” Adam said. “Our main goal for this concert is to elevate the Bisaya music scene by delivering a full-blown show that proves that if we can do it here in Cebu, it can also be done in Mindanao. It’s about breaking that monopoly. There's no need to go to Manila for a big concert.”
By holding an ambitious, large-scale Bisaya concert, the band hopes to create a domino effect in other parts of the Philippines and help decentralize Manila's dominance in the country's music industry.
“In the U.S., you have the music scenes from Nashville, New York, and Los Angeles. With the right competition, it will create good material. That’s what we want to do – not to be controlled by one entity but to spark creativity,” Adam said.
They are aware of the risks that come with holding a solo debut concert, but they feel it was worth taking.
“It’s not typical in the music industry to hold a concert after releasing only two albums. You should have three, four, five, six, seven songs. You need to have megahits to create a solo concert. That’s why we are gambling our chances,” Adam said.
Kenneth added, “We really wanted this show to be big. Where are our resources? Let’s figure it out along the way. It shouldn’t just be a concert that generates profit but rather one that helps drive a cultural movement showcasing our pride and values as Bisaya people.”

BBM weaponizing the ombudsman?
If the nation takes the words of such trapos as Senators Imee Marcos, Bato de la Rosa, or Rodante Marcoleta, we would be led to believe the appointment of Jesus Crispin Remulla as ombudsman would foment political instability.
