HTLand Inc., the developer behind the 20-hectare Mandani Bay township in Cebu, will open its 500-meter waterfront boardwalk to the public by July, reinforcing the city’s growing appeal as a prime lifestyle and investment hub in the Visayas.

Inspired by global waterfront destinations such as Aomori in Japan, Lakeview in Dubai, and Singapore’s Quayside Isle @ Sentosa, the boardwalk overlooks the Mactan Channel and is envisioned as a vibrant public promenade.

It will be accessible daily from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering open-air leisure and wellness spaces including jogging paths, al fresco dining, and community gathering areas.

“The lifestyle component of Mandani Bay is now slowly taking shape,” said Gilbert Ang, project manager at HTLand, in a press briefing.
