Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue sign sisterhood pact with San Juan City

The cities of Lapu-Lapu City and Mandaue have entered into sisterhood agreements with San Juan City in a bid to strengthen inter-local government cooperation and promote the exchange of best practices in governance and delivery of public service.
The signing ceremony held on January 16 at the Cebu Provincial Capitol Social Hall was attended by mayors and officials from various local government units across Cebu province.
Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo Jovito “Jonkie” Ouano signed the agreement on behalf of the city along with other local governments with existing sisterhood agreement with San Juan City like Talisay City and Cebu City.
The agreement underscores unity and collaboration among the sister cities with the shared goal of advancing local development through cooperation and mutual learning, particularly in governance and public service delivery.
