King Properties expands in key cities in Visayas

King Properties is expanding across the Visayas with new residential and commercial projects, moving beyond Cebu into key cities like Bacolod and Iloilo.

The privately held developer has four projects underway in Bacolod—two of which are already completed, one nearing turnover, and a fourth set to break ground early next year, said King Properties president Jason King.

In Iloilo, two additional projects are currently in development, supporting the company's growing ambitions outside Cebu.

“Being a developer, just like any business, expansion is key,” said King.

In an interview, King identified Bacolod as a "natural next step" given its geographic proximity and untapped market potential.
