Charges filed vs vloggers for risky road contents

The Regional Highway Patrol Unit-7 has filed complaints of alarm and scandal, as well as unjust vexation, against two Cebuano content creators over risky content filmed on public roads, which authorities say posed dangers not only to themselves but also to motorists and passengers.

The vloggers facing charges are Brian Emance, also known as Boss LB, who acted as a “snail man” in the middle of the road in Consolacion City, and Leonolo Arquita, known as Boy Banat, who climbed onto the roof of a jeepney and danced.

Emance is facing charges in connection with a traffic disturbance he caused in Consolacion, Cebu, on March 9, 2025, despite issuing a public apology on social media following the incident.

As part of the stunt, Emance blocked the road and pretended to move like a snail along the national highway, causing a traffic jam.
