Capitol marks 456th founding anniversary with medical missions

As Cebu Province marks its 456th Founding Anniversary this August, Governor Pamela Baricuatro announced that the celebration will center on a province-wide campaign of medical and surgical missions to provide vital healthcare services to Cebuanos.

Of the P25 million allocated for the anniversary, Baricuatro plans to utilize only half, redirecting resources toward a “Caravan of Services.”
