HC asks govt to form 3-member panel; petition was filed by Editors' Forum
The Bombay High Court (HC) has directed the state government to constitute a three-member committee to look into the alleged misuse of public funds on government advertisements. It has directed the chief secretary to "personally ensure" that the committee includes persons "with unimpeachable neutrality and impartiality, and who have excelled in their respective fields".
