For the first time, the City and Industrial Development Corporation (CIDCO) has launched a housing scheme on a first-come, first-served basis, offering 4,508 ready-to-move tenements across five Navi Mumbai nodes, giving applicants the freedom to pick the home of their choice.

Online registrations will begin on November 22 at 4 pm, the corporation announced on Friday.
