Rajnath stresses on jointness, integration among armed forces

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday said the Centre's objective is to “further promote jointness and integration among the Tri-Services” while noting how during Operation Sindoor their synergy produced a “unified, real-time operational picture,” which empowered com-
manders to take timely decisions, enhanced situational awareness, and reduced the risk of fratricide.
Addressing a seminar organised by Indian Air Force at Subroto Park, Singh also spoke about how IAF’s Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS), while working in unison with the Indian Army’s Akashteer and the Indian Navy's Trigun, made the joint operational backbone during the operation.
