The Congress Working Committee (CWC) on Wednesday contended that Prime Minister Narendra Modis “huglomacy” had backfired, leaving India “diplomatically isolated and unable to secure its national interests” as it also claimed that Special Intensive Revision of the electoral rolls in Bihar was yet another dirty trick from the BJP’s toolkit.
