Endress+Hauser shows smart mining tech at IME

Endress+Hauser, a global leader in process measurement and automation, showcased an integrated range of mining-focused instrumentation and digital connectivity solutions at IME 2025. The company used the platform to highlight how its technologies are strengthening operational reliability, process intelligence, and optimization across mining plants.

Speaking at the booth, Yogesh Kothawade, Assistant Director — Marketing (Level & Mining Industry), Endress+Hauser, outlined the company’s legacy and the breadth of its offering. “Endress+Hauser is a 70-plus-year-old company that has pioneered all these instrumentation categories, and we continue to serve industries across India and globally,” he said. “We have participated here at IME and showcased our product line, which includes instruments across flow, pressure, temperature, level, and analysis.”

Connectivity

A key highlight of Endress+Hauser’s showcase was the demonstration of Ethernet-APL, the latest high-speed industrial communication technology built on the PROFINET protocol. The booth featured interconnected instruments such as a Coriolis mass flowmeter, a radar level transmitter, and a pressure transmitter operating on an Ethernet-APL network.
