Special camps to aid voter roll corrections

The Election Commission has announced a series of special camps at every polling station across the State to assist citizens in submitting claims and objections to the draft electoral roll, published on December 19 as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision.

The initiative is aimed at widening public participation in the revision process and ensuring that the final roll reflects accurate and updated voter data.

Chief Electoral Officer Archana Patnaik said the window for filing claims and objections opened on December 19 and will remain available until January 18, 2026.
