Vice-President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, on Saturday addressed the Valedictory Session of the National Conference of Chairpersons of Public Service Commissions (PSCs) in Hyderabad, underscoring the pivotal role of PSCs in strengthening governance and nation-building.
