Popular Bangladeshi actress Nusraat Faria was arrested at Dhaka's Shahjalal International Airport on Sunday in connection to an attempted murder case.
The actress was reportedly flying to Thailand when she was detained at the airport and was not allowed to board the flight.
According to reports, the 31-year-old actress was nabbed after an arrest warrant was issued against her in a case filed on charges of attempted murder during the anti-government protests in Bangladesh in 2024.
