The Allahabad High Court has expressed concern over arbitrary cancellations of GST registrations in Uttar Pradesh, stating that such actions without proper inquiry can bring business operations to a halt.
The division bench of Justice Saumitra Dayal Singh and Justice Indrajeet Shukla delivered the order while hearing petitions filed in cases related to alleged GST evasion
