The Daily Guardian
|May 26, 2025
"Science gives us the vision of the means, but spirituality gives us the direction of the end. Science is complete only when it is used for service, compassion and welfare. And spirituality is useful only when it makes a person not self-centered but public-spirited."

Jain Guru Dr. Arvind Muni was born on 20 August 1962 in Ladnun town of Nagaur district of Rajasthan. Arvind Muni, who was spiritually inclined since childhood, took the path of renunciation at the age of thirteen, leaving the family business (business of pure pearls and cloves). On 11 March 1976, he took initiation from the hands of 9th Acharya Tulsi of Terapanth Dharma Sangh and took a step towards spiritual life.
He also achieved amazing achievements in the field of education. He obtained a bachelor's and master's degree in Jain philosophy, and also acquired special qualifications in medical fields like medical science, surgery, Ayurveda, homeopathy and psychology. He uses this knowledge selflessly for human welfare. He is constantly ready to acquire knowledge and is benefiting the society by combining modern medicine and yoga.
Dr. Arvind Muni has so far walked more than 50,000 kilometers in various states of India. He organizes 'Stress Management Camps' to relieve the problems of stress, diabetes, obesity and drug addiction, and these camps are completely free. His camps have proved to be very effective in solving the major problems of today's time.
