J&K ASSEMBLY POLLS: 'BJP WILL NOT FORM ALLIANCE WITH ANY POLITICAL PARTY'

Jammu and Kashmir BJP unit president Ravinder Raina said on Sunday that the party will not form any alliance with any political party for the Assembly elections in the Union Territory scheduled to be held in the third week of September.

He also said that the “BJP can form an alliance with some independent candidates for 8-10 assembly seats in the Kashmir region.”
“We will not form any alliance with any political party,” he stressed.
“BJP will contest elections with full strength...The public of Jammu and Kashmir will vote overwhelmingly for BJP and we will form the government...BJP will contest elections on its own in Jammu and Kashmir, BJP can contest elections in alliance with some independent candidates. We will not ally with any political party in Jammu...,” he told ANI.
