HEAL YOUR CHAKRAS, HEAL YOUR EMOTIONS
The Daily Guardian
|July 22, 2025
In today's fast-paced and stressed life, our emotional health often gets neglected.
The financial instability, uncertainty about the future, fear of losing a job or not finding one creates constant worry, increased stress and anxiety, thereby affecting sleep, mental peace, and overall well-being. One feels overwhelmed, anxious, and disconnected, which strains relationships and social life. This emotional turmoil can lead to physical as well as mental health problems.
Emotional healing through the chakras, an ancient practice, is becoming increasingly popular for a happier life in present times. Each chakra plays a vital role in our overall well-being. Working with the 7 chakras and their corresponding emotions can help in achieving emotional balance and well-being.
Chakras are energy centers in our body that can be used to improve mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Each chakra corresponds to different emotions, aspects, and specific physical parts of the body.
When these chakras are balanced, we feel good and live better. If blocked or unbalanced, they can cause emotional and physical problems.
Let's explore how each chakra affects our emotions and ways to keep them in harmony amidst the chaos of modern living.
1. ROOT CHAKRA (MULADHARA) -FOUNDATION
Location: Base of the spine
Mula-adhaar means foundation. Deals with the sense of security, stability, safety, grounding, foundation, basic trust, family & social belonging.
When balanced, we feel stable, safe, confident, grounded, and connected to the world.
An imbalanced/blocked Root Chakra can result in negative emotions like fear, anxiety, instability, restlessness, insecurity, addictions, or financial problems.
2. SACRAL CHAKRA (SVADHISTHANA) -CENTER OF CREATIVITY, PASSION
