Farming if done properly will yield good profits: Min Chouhan

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that farming is not a loss-making proposition if done with proper methods, and it can yield significant profits for farmers.

Addressing a gathering of farmers at the "Viksit Krishi Sankalp Abhiyan-2025," the Minister emphasized that "a developed India requires developed agriculture and prosperous farmers."

The event was attended by hundreds of farmers, cattle rearers, and fishery workers from across the district.

Chouhan, who himself practices farming, said he understands the intricacies of agriculture and highlighted the central government's focus on empowering farmers through awareness and innovation.
