DTC, DSIIDC sign MoU to build Rs 20-cr modern DTC headquarters at I.P. depot

The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and the Delhi State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) on Tuesday signed an MoU to develop a DTC headquarters at the I.P. Depot, ITO.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Delhi's Transport Minister Dr. Pankaj Kumar Singh.
The new DTC head office will come up on a 26,015.78 sq. m site and will replace the decades-old structure that officials say can no longer support the demands of a rapidly expanding bus network. With an estimated project cost of Rs 207 crore, the redevelopment plan includes a 12-storey administrative building, dedicated operational areas, and extensive green zones spread across nearly one-fifth of the land parcel.
