BJP releases first list for Keralam Assembly polls

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Monday released its first list of candidates for the upcoming Kerala Legislative Assembly elections, naming 47 nominees for the 140-seat House.
Kerala BJP President Rajeev Chandrasekhar.
The party has fielded Kerala BJP president Rajeev Chandrasekhar from the Nemom constituency, while former Union Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan will contest from Kazhakoottam.
According to a press release, the BJP’s Central Election Committee met on March 12 under the chairmanship of Nitin Nabin.
