Kite and Hasani in at City as squad grows

TRURO City have been busy strengthening their squad ahead of the National League season - with two more signings, both of them midfielders.
Moving from Torquay United was creative middle man Lirak Hasani, after he turned down a new contract with the Gulls.
Truro manager John Askey has also added Harry Kite, who has signed on after leaving League One side Exeter City 12 months ago and ending last season on a short term contract at National League side Yeovil Town.
Kite was looking for a move within the EFL when he left Exeter, but picked up a bad injury before signing for anyone, and the midfielder’s career was stopped in its tracks.
But after his spell at Yeovil, a fit-again Kite will have been on the radar of other clubs before he was announced as a new Truro player - and Askey will be pleased to get his man.
