It's no wonder so many are disappointed in politicians

IT'S getting worse. The public, we are told, are more disenchanted with politicians than ever before. The UK is one of only three of the 43 European countries to use the primitive first-past-the-post electoral system, which very clearly leads to unrepresentative representatives. The UK also ranks 228th out of 240 in the worldwide list of nature-depleted countries.
