Mzanzi must dip into their home-grown pool

Little did I know that a couple of days later, the debate would be as to whether South Americans Gaston Sirino and Lucas Ribeiro should be naturalised in order to play for Bafana Bafana.

If they meet the requirements to switch their nationality and coach Hugo Broos selects them, I'd still support the national team but we don't need them. We have enough to compete against the best in the world and it wouldn't make sense to overlook our own homegrown youngsters.
