PVA: WIDE ARRAY OF PROPERTIES FOR SALE
Park Village Auctions (PVA) has announced a colossal auction that will see 19 Free State properties go under the hammer in a single evening. The auction falls under the auspices of PVA's Bloemfontein branch, with Juan Maree at the helm.
The array of residential, commercial and investment properties, stemming from liquidations of deceased estates, is expected to draw strong interest from a broad cross-section of buyers.
"We have strategically pooled these assets together for a simulcast online and onsite auction to allow property investors from across the spectrum to derive maximum value for their portfolios," Maree said.
