New Mamelodi Sundowns striker Brayan León (below) has offered some insight into his early experiences in South Africa following his highly-publicised move from Colombia during the current transfer window.

León's switch from Colombian topflight outfit Independiente Medellín was one of the worst-kept secrets of the window, with reports circulating long before the striker officially sealed his move to Chloorkop.

A fee of over $3.5 million, which translates to more than R56 million, reportedly exchanged hands between the two clubs, and León has wasted little time in justifying the significant investment made by the club’s hierarchy.
