Trainer stepping up for charity challenge

Sarah Porter

Sarah Porter, 35, is taking on the mammoth task for the Holding Hearts charity, a local organisation very close to her heart.

Sarah has operated female-only fitness studio NE Female Fitness in the coastal town since 2019, which aims to help women get into weightlifting. The business has been hugely supported by the community, with social media playing a large role in its growth.

Now, Sarah is looking for more support from those around her as she takes on this challenge, which equates to over 50 miles, on Saturday, January 31.
