THE curtain came down on this year's South Tyneside Festival in fine style on Sunday, when the sun shone over a packed Bents Park.
And the star attractions for the fourth and final show were Abba tribute Bjorn Again and Girls Aloud band member Nadine Coyle.
Even when the weather hasn't been playing ball, there have been some great turnouts down by the sea in South Shields over the past month.
