A 21-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested and charged with murder after a shooting in Stanley.
Thomas Lee Sterling was arrested on Wednesday after 60-year-old Barry Dawson was killed last weekend.
Sterling, of Stanley, appeared at Peterlee Magistrates' Court yesterday morning, not entering any pleas and being remanded into custody until his next appearance at Teesside Crown Court on Monday.
