Armstrong urges Heed to move on from Fax defeat

GATESHEAD manager Alun Armstrong wants his squad to move on from their disappointing defeat against FC Halifax Town as they prepare to host North East rivals Hartlepool United tonight.

The Heed have now taken just two points from their last five games following their 2-1 home reverse against the Shaymen and have slipped into the bottom half of the National League table as a result.

They have also taken just one point from their last three games at the International Stadium as defeats against Halifax and Altrincham followed a six-goal draw with Aldershot Town.
