'Idiotic' motorist, 28, jailed for dangerous driving in city centre

Man who hit pedestrian and admitted drink-driving is banned
A 28-YEAR-OLD man has been jailed after extreme dangerous driving through the streets of Chester city centre.
During his intoxicated driving trip, Llewellyn Parry-Jones drove on the wrong side of the road, hit a pedestrian, drove into the path of oncoming traffic and reversed into a police car.
Parry-Jones from Borras Hall Lane, Llan Pwll, Wrexham, appeared at Chester Crown Court to be sentenced after pleading guilty to dangerous driving, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, obstructing a constable, drink-driving, public order and possession of cannabis.
He was sentenced to 19 months in prison and banned from driving for three years, nine months and 14 days.
He also has to take an extended test.
