Anambra Launches Startup Training to Boost Innovation, Entrepreneurship

The Anambra State Executive Council (ANSEC) has approved a startup incubation and training programme designed to support early-stage businesses and accelerate innovation-led development across the state.

The programme, which will be managed by the Solution Innovation District (SID), was approved at the 13th ANSEC meeting held at the Light House, Awka, on Monday, June 30, 2025. According to the State Commissioner for Information, Dr. Law Mefor, the initiative is part of Governor Chukwuma Soludo's broader plan to position Anambra as a hub for entrepreneurship, technology, and digital skills.
