Samsung, the Korean electronics giant, has revealed plans to manufacture its latest Galaxy S24 series, equipped with artificial intelligence features, at its Noida factory in India.

The flagship devices focus on AI-based applications to enhance productivity, including real-time voice call and message translation in select languages, improved image editing, and camera effects targeting content creators. The move aligns with Samsung’s strategy to bring AI to the forefront of consumer experience. Pre-bookings for the Galaxy S24 series in India will commence on January 18, with the smartphones available for sale from January 31.
J B Park, President and CEO of Samsung India, emphasized the significance of the Galaxy S24 series as a device of the future, bringing AI to life for users. The pricing for the smartphones, featuring storage capacities ranging from 8GB ROM and 256GB RAM to 12GB ROM and 1TB RAM, falls within the range of Rs 79,999 to Rs 1,59,999. The company aims to drive premiumization in India and anticipates the country to lead the AI revolution through the Galaxy S24 series.
