JSW pours Rs 65,000 crore into Odisha steel, cement plants

JSW Group has unveiled ambitious plans to invest Rs 65,000 crore in Odisha, encompassing the establishment of an integrated steel unit, a power plant, a cement factory, and a port facility, according to a statement released by the company on February 16.

The proposed steel facility is slated to have a production capacity of 13.2 million tonnes per annum and will be executed in multiple phases, subject to requisite approvals.
