Jio Financial Services to boost RIL shareholder wealth

In a recent report, brokerage firm Nuvama has suggested that shareholders of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) are likely to experience a 3-5 percent increase in wealth after the spin-off of Reliance Strategic Investments Limited into Jio Financial Services.

The anticipated value unlock for investors has generated significant interest, drawing attention to the potential gains for RIL investors in the future.
Nuvama has assigned a value of Rs 168 per share for Reliance Strategic Investments Limited, which is soon to be hived off. Additionally, the non-operating assets have been valued at Rs 323 per share, while the treasury shares have been evaluated at Rs 168 per share, based on RIL’s closing price on July 14.
