Indian stocks hold steady after reaching records

The Indian stock market witnessed a relatively stable condition as investors displayed caution in making new investments in the short term.

The stock indices have been consistently reaching record levels and are currently at their highest points. The Sensex and Nifty indices experienced a marginal decline of just below 0.1 percent during this morning’s trading session.

Last week, the indices accumulated around 3 per cent gains each, their highest in months, and hit their fresh all-time highs.Notably, Sensex crossed the 65,000 mark for the first time this week. The consistent inflow of foreign funds, firm economic outlook, and moderation in inflation supported Indian stocks recently.
