ICICI Pru net profit rises by 33% to Rs 207 crore

ICICI Prudential Life announced a 32.7 percent year-over-year increase in net profit for the April-June quarter, coming in at Rs 207 crore.

The company generated a bottom line of Rs 811 crore for the full FY23, compared to a net profit of Rs 156 crore for the same period the prior fiscal year. The private insurer reported a total income of Rs 23,393 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, while its net premium income for the reporting quarter climbed 1.9 percent on-year to Rs 7,020 crore.

Infrastructure can develop only at the cost of forests, and material well-being can only happen at the cost of natural resources. And therefore, a severe paradox presents itself, demanding our immediate attention, as to where we can find the solution that could bring a resolution to this problem.
