Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the Startup Conclave 2025 in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, on Tuesday, emphasizing the central role of innovation, entrepreneurship, and youth in shaping India’s future.
Organised at the Mahatma Mandir under the theme ‘Elevate, Innovate, and Accelerate’, the event brought together students, industry leaders, entrepreneurs, investors, and mentors to discuss strategies for advancing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of positioning India as a global leader in the startup ecosystem.
Addressing the gathering, Shah highlighted the critical importance of startups in driving India’s economic growth and technological progress. He said, “In an effort to make India progress, make it supreme in every sector, and to bring time-appropriate changes in your life, discussions will take place over the next few days at this Mahatma Mandir in Gujarat’s capital, Gandhinagar.” He emphasized that the conclave would focus on actionable solutions for realizing the PM's mission to amplify India’s presence in the global startup landscape.
