The passenger, identified as Venkat, expressed feeling unsafe while using Uber and tagged both Uber and Mumbai Traffic Police in his tweet to address the breach of road safety regulations.
Venkat's tweet gained traction, prompting Mumbai Traffic Police to request specific location details for further action. Uber also responded to the tweet, advising the passenger to use the "Safety Toolkit" option to reach out to their dedicated safety team promptly.
