Ayodhya telcos ready for Ram Mandir's grand opening

Ayodhya, ahead of the highly anticipated inauguration of the Ram Mandir on January 22, is set to experience a substantial network upgrade by telecom operators.

With an expected attendance of over 7,000 dignitaries and visitors during the event, the Ayodhya Development Authority foresees a daily influx of three to five lakh visitors post inauguration, leading to a significant surge in network traffic.
Vodafone Idea (Vi) has undertaken a comprehensive enhancement of its network infrastructure in Ayodhya, ensuring improved coverage, increased capacity, and enhanced backhaul connectivity across all major areas of the city. Vi has strategically added new sites and upgraded/refarmed L2100 spectrum capacity to address the diverse needs of visitors and pilgrims.
