Palm Sunday: A reflection on peace and purpose

According to the Gospels, Jesus entered Jerusalem riding a humble donkey, while crowds greeted him with palm branches, shouting “Hosanna!” This seemingly jubilant procession was a quiet declaration of a different kind of kingship — one marked by humility, compassion, and sacrificial love.
