After months of reminders and followups, TV5 finally issued a termination notice, accusing ABS-CBN of repeated delays.

ABS-CBN quickly fired back with its official statement, confirming it received the notice — but insisting the story isn't as simple as TV5 makes it sound.

According to ABS-CBN, the amounts being demanded are "disputed," even as it also maintained that it has never tried to delay payment on purpose.
