2 foreign fugitives arrested in Davao City

Two foreign “fugitives,” who have arrest warrants in their countries, were apprehended by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) in separate operations in Davao City last Feb. 19.
Immigration Commissioner Joel Anthony M. Viado identified them as American David Michael Blunk, 41, and South Korean Ahn Min Hyuk, 48.
The BI said that the American passport of Blunk, who arrived in the Philippines in 2023 accompanied by his Filipina spouse, had been revoked by the United States Department of State.
