LOBSTERS COULD FACE FOES JERSEY IN PLAY-OFFS IF APPEAL FAILS
CALLUM MCALLISTER admitted he never thought he would be returning to Jersey Bulls again - but that is looking like a strong possibility for the midfielder and his Redhill team-mates.
After scoring a last-gasp goal to beat Guildford City 1-0 on Saturday, April 19, the Lobsters thought they had won the Combined Counties League Premier South - and with it, promotion to the Isthmian League.
However, their rivals Jersey Bulls, who had already been docked three points for fielding an ineligible player, alleged to the league that Redhill had done the same earlier in the season.
The Lobsters were subsequently investigated and found guilty of the same charge, and also docked points - although they have appealed this.
