'WE FELL IN LOVE WITH BUILDING STRAIGHT AWAY'
GETTING your first business off the ground is always quite the challenge, with a mountain of logistics and responsibilities on your shoulders.
This is a “leap of faith” in which two Surrey friends, Liz Pearman and Sally Cousens, have decided to be brave, launching their new gift shop in a “leafy” Surrey village of Bramley not far from Guildford and Godalming.
The idea started out as a mere dream amongst the two friends, who had worked alongside each other at Ashtead Park garden centre for two years.
This dream has since become a reality as the pair opened their gift shop, The Vines, in the village on Saturday (November 1).
